The Referral Process

You are welcome to self-refer to our practice. Many of our clients seek our services via word of mouth recommendation, and internet based searches.
Eligible clients may claim up to 10-20 individual psychology sessions, per calendar year, under Medicare. Contact us for more information.
A standard consultation is 45- 55 minutes long. We are committed to efficiency and flexibility in our appointment schedule, and allocate appointments according to your availability. Appointment times are possible during normal business hours, after hours and on weekends.
Fees and Rebates
All consultations are payable on the day. We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, and payment via Direct Debit (Direct Debit arrangements on request).Our practice has a HICAPS facility which provides for you to have your Medicare rebate processed on site. For Private Health Insurance claims, we will provide you with a detailed receipt for you to forward to your relevant fund.
Parking and Local Amenities
Generous parking and public transport services are available for all our clinics. Our locations are generally near medical and other allied health services. Additionally, cafes, restaurants and banking facilities may also be found in the immediate surrounds.

Our Psychologists are experienced private practice practitioners. All are accredited with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and are registered with Medicare Australia.
